This section applies to our mobile apps, not to our website. When you are signed in to one of our apps and open it or bring it back to the foreground, the app reports that open to its backend.
The backend stores when your account was first seen and when it was last active, your local calendar date (worked out from your device's time zone), the number of distinct days you have been active, and your current and longest streak of consecutive active days.
Each report also includes your device's time zone (for example, "Europe/Vienna"), which shows your approximate region. It also includes the app version and build number, the operating system name and version, and the device model (for example, "iPhone 16 Pro" or "Google Pixel 9"). These reports do not include an advertising ID, a device identifier, or your device's name.
This data is linked to your account in that app and stored in the app's backend database, which runs on a hosting provider (Supabase). It is collected automatically while you are signed in, and the apps have no setting to turn it off.
We use this data to understand how often each app is used and to diagnose problems by app version, operating system version, and device. It is not shown in the apps, and it does not affect features, usage limits, or subscriptions.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across other apps or websites. We keep it while your account exists and delete it when your account deletion request is processed.
